How long does the hair last?

Our Hair is 100% Virgin Cuticle Aligned hair, with proper care, the hair can last up to 4

How long would it take for my hair arrive?

Processing takes 2 to 3 days, we offer  priority shipping you'll recieve your package within 3 to 5 business days

Can I dye/color the hair?

Yes you can bleach our natural color hair, and dye our already bleached 613 hair.

What kinds of hair care products should I use?

Sulfur and ammonia free products are highly recommended. When combing use a wide tooth comb, wig brush or simply your fingers always start at the ends and work your way up. Remember good quality shampoo and conditioner preferably sulfur and ammonia free products

When conditioning soak the hair in  Lukewarm warter. Add quality Hair Conditioner in the water, soak in the water for about 5 to 10 minutes. Always allow the  hair to air dry. Apply leave-in conditioner when using heat apply a heat protector prior to curling or straightening.


Our Refund Policy:

If you are not happy with your products,  we accept returns no later than 5 business days. Products must be returned to address with packaging, hair and logo intact.  Please ensure to check the details of our products before purchasing. We will not refund if the package isn't intact when recieved. 

How many bundles do I need?

It depends on the inches of the bundles When the hair is short the bundle, is longer. When the hair is long the bundle is shorter. Suggestion:
12”-14”:2 bundles
16”-20”:3 bundles
22”-28”:3 to 4 bundles
When purchasing a frontal 2 bundles could be purchased with inches 16"-20".
3 bundles could be purchased with inches 22"-28."
